Aero Glass on Windows Server 2003 R2?

Yep, it’s possible but it’s to be disputed whether it’s actually Aero Glass or not. I un-ISO’d a build of Vista and came up with the setup screen, on my Windows Server 2003 R2 server at home. On the setup screen was a link to the File and Settings Transfer Wizard (or Windows Easy Transfer as it’s now known) and because the computer was running a bit slow at the time, came up with the Windows Easy Transfer dialog with the blue-green “Aurora” wallpaper still being loaded. Therefore, came up with the Aero Glass dialog box.

Hate to burst the proverbial fun bubble here, but it isn’t really Aero Glass. Windows Easy Transfer currently uses PNGs in its code to display the transparent borders, just like the setup application itself.
