Windows Vista testers: Stop leaking content!!

April 24th, 2006 by Patrick Elliott

I don’t usually go on rants, however, I have to this time…

Vista / Longhorn TechBeta testers — PLEASE stop leaking newsgroup posts, connect information, etc.. You are breaking the close relationship and trust that many of us have established with Microsoft, and you’re also upsetting many friends of mine who are working hard to get this stuff out to you before it reaches everyone else. I’ve been told they have so much they’d like to do for us testers, but you who keep leaking this stuff are ruining it.

So, if you wish to leak information, and we find out about it, you will be reported. I don’t have anything against you personally, but business is business.
