Register for Windows Vista CTP’s

At the moment, only Technical Testers, MSDN Operating System subscribers and upwards, and TechNet Plus scubscribers have access to CTP (community technical preview) builds. Each month, Microsoft release these builds for beta reporting and bug testing. Anyone now can access these, but you must register for these first.
If you want to register, the link is here and when asked for the Nomination Code, make sure you enter 85894.
It asks that you are 18 and above, that you will provide feedback (but not necessarily bugs – they need to know what general customers think of the product as well), that you have a good computing environment so you can actually install and use the product, and that you have good knowledge of troubleshooting Windows. Although this site has been up for some time now (since January at least), many people don’t know about it, so if you can’t wait for the public release, sign up now!

Why isn’t the site hosted by Microsoft??
I’m somewhat pessimistic about this “new opportunity” :S ?!

Well, I see what you mean, but remember it’s an *order* – you have to order the software, so MSFT chooses to sub-contract it out to some degree. At the bottom it says “This site is hosted by Catalysis for Microsoft” but it’s definately not a phishing site π

Sorry for pinging back with some kind of stupid lines, couldn’t figure out how to keep this wordpress beast under control π
Besides that, pinging back brings visitors, so it’s not that bad, no matter what’s in the comment.. or am I mistaken here?
