Google To Offer Custom Email Domains

February 14th, 2006 by Joseph Bittman MCSD .Net

Google has decided to offer custom hosted email solutions which have your own domain. Google will offer 2 GB of storage, aliases, mailing lists, and a control panel for user accounts. The beta is currently open to businesses and schools.

It appears this is in response to Microsoft’s Live email service for custom domain 20 – 250 MB email accounts with virus filtering and other features.
