MS servers as phishing site

I came across a MS site where it was given the yellow warning of being a suspected phishing site. See screenshot.
I wonder how many other MS site/pages are involved. I have reported the site as a false positive.

I think, that it’s not really an “intelligent” filter as such. It’s bloody difficult to detect something that appears to be something else, it’ll take some bloody good coding. I was half way through writing a filter myself that sits in the taskbar (or notification area in WinXP ;)), however I realised that it’d need so much user input and them reporting back, it’s just too damn difficult to do. I think the MSN AntiPhishing toolbar just detects any random PHP/CGI script or user input box – there’s no other logical way of doing it I can’t think, and that’s from a developers point of view anyway đ Good article dude! đ

LOL.. yeah it told me the other day that the MSBLOG forum signup was a “suspicious website”… which of course, I completely agree with it there đ
