I don't think Business have Windows Media Center (it just plainly says only basic doesn't have). I agree that two editions were left out here - Enterprise is the most notable while you can set aside the other one - Starter.

Andre, the enterprise version, which we tested did not much accept Unix Subsystem. For wireless network provisioning, i guess that it is much best explained here: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/columns/cableguy/cg1203.mspx . For control over installation of devices, we mean that you cannot really control over how you want to install your devices. For the processors part, we agree, and will change the post. I would like to thank you for your support.

[...] Windows Vista has basically five editions if windows vista starter edition is not included. Betas and RCs were released as a ultimate edition. Some features that ultimate edition has will not be included in Home Basic and Home Premium edition. MSBLOG has a nice list of features that a certain edition has, and another doesn’t. Some features that are related to windows vista enterprise edition seem to need further research. But it’s a good start for sure. [...]

They seem to have forgotten Vista Enterprise - it also has MUIs, Unix Subsystem, and Bitlocker. Granted it won't be available for the general public, but it still has these.
Also, what is meant by "Wireless Network provisioning" and " Control over installation of devices"?
It should be noted that while Home Basic and Home Premium do not support more than one processor (at least Basic doesn't), they do support multiple logical processors (HiperThreading) and multiple cores.
